Monitor job progress by tracking job schedules; routing work for approvals; tracking changes; communicating changes and project status; expediting requirements; resolving problems.
Works with marketing communications, corporate communications, and our business partners to evaluate project priorities, assess deadlines and communicate to manage daily creative workloads.
Works with project owners across the organization to plan for review process.
Manages proofreading process as required.
Ensures the Creative Design Team receives all appropriate information by reviewing all creative requests to verify they are clear and supported by enough background information to be fully executable by the creative team.
Assists with project management on projects as needed.
Maintains a high sense of accuracy, detail oriented and organization while juggling several projects.
Comfortably facilitates change and meetings/reviews when needed.
