Partnership Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven, innovative, creative, and self-motivated performance marketer to join our growing online startup. This marketing enthusiast will be expected to manage current as well as build new online customer acquisition channels to effectively target and convert more customers.
Responsibilities:
*Identify and implement new online lead generation programs and campaigns, leveraging partner resources where possible
*Collaborate with external marketing partners (including lead generation networks, direct affiliate partners and key strategic alliances) to create and implement winning online direct response campaigns targeted at successful customer acquisition.
*Responsibility for establishing, developing and owning partner relationships on a daily basis
*Initiate and execute highly profitable online direct response programs to significantly increase inbound lead flow and pipeline generation
*Create strategies incorporating online advertising, email, and landing page / user experiences to efficiently scale new customer acquisition via partner marketing channels
*Develop, implement and oversee customer acquisition campaigns and conduct extensive and ongoing analyses to optimize program performance
*Ensure accurate measurement for demand generation campaigns and tactics (response rates, response to lead conversion, leads to sales opportunity conversion)
*Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and potential marketing partners to drive customer acquisition

Desired Skills:
*Proven experience developing and launching online marketing campaigns and/or customer acquisition programs
*In-depth knowledge of interactive marketing concepts, practices, and procedures such as lead generation, email marketing, search engine marketing and customer relationship management
*Highly creative, proven track record of developing innovative marketing solutions
*Able to think strategically and execute tactically while meeting vital deadlines and objectives. Proven success in a high energy, collaborative environment; excellent presentation skills; self-motivated
*BA/BS Required; MBA Desired
